The Margaret River Hotel is enrolled on the State Register of Heritage Places and classified by the National Trust. Upcoming renovations will restore the original façade while removing disruptive additions from the 1980s. The hotel will provide 27 uniquely designed rooms, including 11 heritage rooms in the original building. A newly constructed wing will add 16 additional rooms, enhancing accommodation offerings. All rooms will consist of high-quality finishes while respecting the historical essence of the hotel.

The hotel will feature a refreshed bar with local beer and wine on tap. A specialized wine cellar will showcase a selection of Margaret River's best wines. Guests can enjoy a range of food options that cater to various dining occasions throughout the day.

The property will incorporate a new lift, improving access to both floors for the first time since 1936. The renovation includes the construction of 30 carpark bays beneath the hotel, facilitating convenient parking.
